The neo-baroque apartment building at Arndtstraße 15 is located in the heart of Frankfurt’s Westend, in a central location between the city centre, the main train station and the trade fair. The district is characterized by a unique Gründerzeit development and lives from the strong contrast to the neighboring skyline of the financial district. The nearby university campus and a fine selection of shopping, retail, cafes and restaurants enliven the district at all times of the day.

Renovation here also means uncovering the layers of time and rediscovering the historic building. This not only preserves the charm of the building, but also contributes to the continuation of the history of the house. The historic rooms are finally converted into contemporary workplaces with a selected color concept and individual, high-quality furnishings.
Exclusive office space for up to eleven tenants with high-quality 30 to 40 m² work rooms and individual furnishings, communal kitchenettes and four central, representative conference rooms are being created under the concept name noto.
